- Checkbox: consent to receive an SMS alert from HTC, accepting Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy
Press coverage noted the page was reachable from HTC.com’s mobile experience and targeted visitors who wanted notification before the 6 January 2011 CES reveal. Contemporary bloggers warned readers to read SMS marketing terms carefully; Engadget later confirmed the signup was official despite the unfamiliar 2mymob.com hostname.
